The plan is the clever part: an L-shaped footprint shaped to fit the lot, wrapping the yard so the property keeps genuinely usable outdoor space instead of giving it all to the new build. Warm gray stucco and a terracotta clay-tile roof match the main house, while black multi-lite French doors and black sconces sharpen the look.
Inside, a trio of skylights pours daylight into the living room, with white walls and light oak floors carrying it through the plan.
