Its offset shed rooflines give the sage-green, white-trimmed exterior a clean modern profile, with clerestory transom windows tucked under the eaves, white French doors, black barn sconces, and a flagstone patio set into a boulder-terraced hillside garden.
Inside, the vaulted main room is bright and flexible: a skylight and wood-trimmed windows wash the white walls and wide-plank white-oak floors with daylight, and a built-in Murphy bed flanked by shelving towers lets the space live as a full living room by day and a bedroom by night. The kitchen pairs white shaker cabinetry and matte-black hardware with concrete-look quartz counters, a rust-toned terracotta tile backsplash, and floating white-oak shelves, plus an induction cooktop and a space-saving microwave drawer. A ductless mini-split keeps the compact home comfortable year-round.
