The crisp white-stucco cottage wears a gabled composition-shingle roof with a skylight, black barn sconces, and a glass entry door reached by concrete steps with a black metal railing, tucked steps from the main house’s patio.
Inside, vaulted ceilings, the skylight, and a band of high clerestory windows keep the studio bright while preserving privacy, over white walls and light oak floors. The kitchenette runs light-gray shaker cabinetry with matte-black hardware, white quartz counters, a deep stainless sink, and a full appliance set scaled to the space — apartment-size range, over-the-range microwave, and refrigerator with pantry storage above. A walk-in closet adds real storage, and the bathroom finishes bright with a floating gray vanity and a marble-look tile walk-in shower with a slide-bar handheld.
