A few of the crews behind a Burton build.
A great build is only as good as the people on site. We work with a network of trusted subcontractors across the Bay Area and bring the same crews back job after job. Here are a few of the partners whose work you'll see throughout our portfolio.
New Edge Concrete
Everything we build starts with concrete, and New Edge is one of the two crews we trust to pour it. Footings, stem walls, and slabs placed level and square the first time, so the framing that follows goes up straight and the finished home stays that way.

Fermo Concrete
Fermo is the other concrete crew we build with: foundations and slabs that pass inspection the first time, and the patios, walkways, and steps that tie a new ADU or addition back into the yard. Having two crews we trust means a pour never waits on someone else's schedule.

VC Framing
Straight walls, tight rooflines, and a schedule they actually hit. VC Framing does the rough framing on our ADUs, additions, and second stories, and the quality of their work is what every trade after them builds on. When the framing is right, everything else gets easier.

Every trade on a Burton job is a crew we'd hire again.
These are a few of the people we build with, not the whole list. From the plumber and electrician to the drywall, paint, and tile crews, every trade on a Burton project is one we've worked with before and trust with the work that carries our name. We'll introduce more of them here over time.
Build with crews that have done this before.
