More of our completed work sits in Alameda County than anywhere else, and most of it is in Oakland and Berkeley — backyard cottages and garage-conversion ADUs tucked behind Craftsman bungalows, whole-home remodels in the Oakland hills, and multifamily renovations and live/work conversions closer to the flats.

The county has also brought us a wider mix than residential alone: a classroom addition for a school in Oakland, an office buildout in San Leandro, and ADU work stretching from Albany down through Castro Valley to Pleasanton and Fremont. Building here means working with older housing stock — knob-and-tube surprises, unpermitted past work, tight urban lots — and each project below reflects how we handle that reality.
